1.THE ORONGE It is characterized by its orange color. They are one of the first mushrooms of the season and can be found from late summer to early autumn. It is found in Extremadura, Andalusia and Catalonia. It is one of the few mushrooms that feels good raw, and as carpaccio is an exquisite option. Add a little olive oil, salt and if you want grated Parmesan and you have a delicious dish. 2.BOLETUS It is characterized by its shape.
