Cárnicas Dibe S.L., fundada en 1979 por Dionisio Sánchez y Beatriz de Castro, comenzó como una charcutería familiar. Con el tiempo, la empresa se expandió, inaugurando en 2005 una moderna industria de más de 4000 m² en El Gordo, Extremadura. What are the best days to place my order?
We recommend placing your orders on Sundays and Tuesdays, as we ship on Mondays and Wednesdays so that you receive your products fresh and in the best condition.
How does the subscription work?
Our subscription allows you to receive the game meat products of your choice on a regular basis. You can opt for a monthly or quarterly subscription. You will pay a fixed fee per month, and the products will arrive on the days you prefer, always ensuring freshness and quality.

We offer a wide variety of game meats such as wild boar, deer, roe deer, fallow deer, pork and more. All our products come from wild animals, guaranteeing quality and authenticity.
How is game meat packaged?
The meat is vacuum-packed and shipped in optimal storage conditions. We use refrigerated packaging to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition to your home.

We have equipped facilities that guarantee traceability, better quality and a safe process in our products, all of this supported by our IFS certification.
Can I freeze game meat?
Yes, all our products are suitable for freezing without losing their quality or flavour. We recommend freezing them as soon as possible if you are not going to consume them immediately.
