PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN RELATION TO THE 2024 RIFLE AND AMMUNITION DRAW (IN COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, OF APRIL 27, 2016)
 
1.1. The controller of personal data in connection with the rifle and ammunition draw , which will take place on August 15, 2024 and October 15, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Draw”) will be, jointly:
1.2. The Controller informs participants that their data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data.
 
1.3. The purposes of processing personal data collected during the draw are as follows:
a) Allow participants to participate in the Raffle;
b) Select the winner of the Raffle and communicate and deliver the prize.
c) Send commercial communications in order to promote the activities of the Controller, only in the event that the participant has given his or her explicit consent.
 
1.4. Category of data to be processed: the controller will process the data that has been directly provided by the participants through the registration form for participation in the draw.
In relation to the purposes of participation in the Raffle, selection, communication and delivery of the prize to the winner, the Controller may process the identification and contact data of the participant in the Raffle, including: name, surname, age, ID (if applicable), telephone number and email. Likewise, the interested party must indicate whether they hold a weapons license, in order to comply with the legal obligations of the Controller.
In relation to the purpose of sending “commercial communications, promotions and marketing actions”, the Controller will only process the name, surname and email address of the interested party.
 
1.5. Data retention periods: Participants' identification data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the Raffle and during the legal periods that, where applicable, apply. The data used to "send commercial communications, promotions and marketing actions" will be processed by the Controller until the interested party requests their withdrawal or exercises their right to deletion, opposition or limitation against said processing.
Once the relationship with the Controller has ended, or after the exercise of the aforementioned rights, the data will be blocked by the Controller, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the limitation period of these. After the aforementioned period, the Controller will proceed to delete your data without further delay.
 
1.6. Legal basis for processing: the processing of personal data, according to each of the purposes, will be based on the following legitimate bases:
a) To allow participants to participate in the Raffle, select the winner, and communicate and deliver the prize: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party in accordance with art. 6.1.b) GDPR, following acceptance of the legal bases of the Raffle by the interested party.
b) The sending of commercial communications for the purpose of promoting the Controller's activities is based on the explicit consent granted by the participant, optionally, when registering as a participant in the draw. The interested party may withdraw their consent at any time through the Controller's contact address.
 
1.7. Recipients: As a general rule, the Controller will not communicate the personal data of the interested parties. However, the Controller may communicate the data of the interested party to those service providers that are necessary to guarantee the purpose, such as providers of raffle services or technological services. Likewise, the Controller may communicate the personal data with Public Administrations or Authorities in case of request or due to legal obligation.
 
1.8. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations: there are no transfers of Personal Data to third countries or international organizations by the Controller.
 
1.9. Automated decisions: there is no automated decision-making process, in accordance with Article 13.2 letter f) of Regulation EU No. 679/2016.
 
1.10. Special categories of personal data: In accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the data subject will not be asked for data that may be classified as "Special categories of personal data"
 
1.11. Method of processing: the processing of the data provided is based on the principles of legality, transparency, limitation of purpose and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, and will be carried out, in any case, in accordance with the provisions in this regard in Regulation EU 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. In particular, the processing will be carried out using paper, computer and telematic tools, also in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of Regulation EU 2016/679 and, in any case, with appropriate means to guarantee its security and confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the same Regulation EU No. 2016/679.
 
1.12. Rights of the Participant: Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition of data in the cases and within the scope established by the EU GDPR 2016/679. Likewise, they also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights and for all matters relating to the processing of the data provided, as well as to receive more detailed information about the subjects and/or categories of subjects to whom the data is communicated or who are aware of them as persons in charge or authorized, the interested party may contact the Controller through the email address admin@youngwildhunters.com or at the Controller's corporate address indicated above, attaching a copy of the ID if necessary.
In relation to the sending of commercial communications by the Sponsors, Beretta and RWS, after obtaining consent from the participant, the latter may oppose the use of his/her personal data or revoke consent for this purpose, at any time, by contacting the corresponding company at the addresses indicated below:
