It comes in bags of 15 units , each unit weighs approximately 30g.
Wild boar nuggets are composed of 95% wild boar shoulder meat and 5% pork jowl meat , cheese (milk), butter (milk), melting salts (polyphosphates and sodium citrate), WHEAT FLOUR, yeast, corn starch, salt, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), pea vegetable protein, paparica, pea fiber, stabilizers (E-450, E-452, E-407), flavor enhancer E621, antioxidant E301, flavoring and preservative E-250. May contain traces of EGG.
Due to the properties of wild meat , which lacks fat, it is necessary to mix it with a low percentage of pork, in order to give the necessary texture to the products.

Frozen: Store at -18ºC. Available all year round . With a shelf life of 3 years from the date of packaging.
Use:
Expected: any type of previous cooking. Cook at a minimum temperature of 80ºC .
Not expected: direct consumption without prior cooking, freeze after defrosting.
Instructions for use:
Defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted and opened, store in the refrigerator at less than 4ºC and consume within 3 days.
