It comes in a pack of 5 units and weighs approximately 280-250 grams. The weight varies since they are handcrafted products.

Ciervo cachopos are made up of deer fillet, pork ham, cheese (LACTOSE, MILK PROTEIN), onion, sugar, glucose, Pedro Ximenez wine, citric acid flavouring (E-330), potassium sorbate (E-202), WHEAT FLOUR, yeast, salt, spices (paprika), corn starch, rice flour and thickeners.

Frozen: Store at -18ºC. Available all year round . With a shelf life of 3 years from the date of packaging.

Use:

Expected: any type of previous cooking. Cook at a minimum temperature of 80ºC.

Not expected: direct consumption without prior cooking, freeze after defrosting.

Instructions for use:

Defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted and opened, store in the refrigerator at less than 4ºC and consume within 3 days.
