Leg, salt, paprika, garlic, virgin olive oil and natural spices.

Refrigerated: Store at 4ºC. Available all year round . With a shelf life of 60 days from the date of packaging.

Use:

Expected: any type of previous cooking. Cook at a minimum temperature of 80ºC.

Not expected: direct consumption without prior cooking, freeze after defrosting.

Instructions for use:

Once opened, keep refrigerated at less than 4ºC and consume within 3 days.
