The Roe Deer Burgers are made up of 80% of noble parts of Roe Deer and 20% of Pork Jowl Meat

Due to the properties of wild meat, which lacks fat, it is necessary to mix it with a low percentage of pork, in order to give the burger the necessary texture.

Frozen: Store at -18ºC. Available all year round . With a shelf life of 3 years from the date of packaging.

Use:

Expected: any type of previous cooking. Cook at a minimum temperature of 80ºC .

Not expected: direct consumption without prior cooking, freeze after defrosting.

Instructions for use:

Defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted and opened, store in the refrigerator at less than 4ºC and consume within 3 days.
