LEGAL BASIS OF THE
RIFLE AND AMMUNITION GIVEAWAY
1. Organizing Entity
The organizing entity of this draw is YOUNG WILD HUNTERS, SL, with registered office at Calle Cercis 48, 28023, Madrid and NIF B88099098, hereinafter, the "Company" or "we".
2. Object
The purpose of these legal bases is to regulate the conditions and operation of this draw, which is carried out for the purpose of promoting the products that are drawn from our collaborating companies ("Sponsors", hereinafter).
3. Participation Period
The draw will begin on August 1, 2024 at 00:00 and end on October 15, 2024 at 23:59.
4. Participation Requirements
Individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the draw:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have residence in Spain.
- Possession of a valid weapons license, necessary to use the raffled item; and have the necessary insurance in force.
- Employees of the Company, immediate family members, or any person professionally related to the Company may not participate.
To participate in the draw, interested parties must fill out the form available on the landing page https://www.youngwildhunters.com/pages/ywh-sorteo-2024 . Only one participation per person and email address is allowed.
6. Awards
There will be a total of 3 winners and 3 reserves in case the winner is ultimately unable to receive the prize due to not meeting the requirements or due to force majeure, among other causes that may arise. Each of the winners will occupy first, second or third place, and will receive the following prizes provided by the Sponsors, which are ordered respectively according to the order they occupy in the draw:
- First winner: A rifle (Bereta BRX 1. Caliber 308) + 10 boxes of RWS EVOLUTION GREEN ammunition in .308 Win
- Second winner: Beretta EVO rifle case + Beretta NEO rifle strap + 3 boxes of RWS EVOLUTION GREEN ammunition in .308 Win
- Third winner: Beretta EVO cartridge backpack + 2 boxes of RWS EVOLUTION GREEN ammunition in .308 Win

The winner will be notified via the email provided within 7 business days from the date of the draw. The winner must respond to the communication within 10 business days to claim the prize. If the claim is not made within the established period or if the present legal terms are not complied with, the right to receive the prize will be lost and the reserve that occupies the first position will be automatically notified.
9. Award Ceremony
The prize will be delivered at the Company's headquarters or at the armory associated with the Company that the winner designates. Prior to shipping, the Company will verify that the winner meets the requirements. All shipping costs, if applicable, will be covered by the Company.
The Company is not responsible for any errors in the data provided by the winner or for any possible loss, damage, theft or other circumstances attributable to the courier services that may affect the delivery of the prizes.

The following companies (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Controller") will act jointly as joint controllers of your personal data in relation to the Raffle:
The Company will process the personal data of the participants that they have shared directly through the registration form as joint data controller together with the Sponsors RWS GmbH and Fabbrica d'Armi Pietro Beretta SpA (hereinafter also jointly referred to as “the Controller”). In accordance with current data protection regulations, the Controller will process the personal data exclusively to guarantee the purposes and will ensure the confidentiality and security of the participants' personal data.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of allowing participants to participate in the Raffle, selecting the winner, communicating and delivering the prize, as well as sending commercial communications from the Controller (i.e., the Company and the Sponsors), only if the participant has given their explicit consent at the time of registration or subsequently, for the purpose of informing about interesting offers from each of these via email.
The data necessary to guarantee the purposes will be processed, including the identification and contact details of the participants, as well as their age and status as holders of a weapons license.
The participant may object to the use of his or her personal data in relation to each of the purposes, or may exercise his or her rights of deletion or limitation, as well as the rights of access, rectification and portability at any time by contacting each of the joint controllers at their corresponding addresses indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Since the processing to be carried out for the purpose of allowing participants to participate in the Raffle, selecting the winner, communicating and delivering the prize, non-acceptance of the Privacy Policy may make it impossible for you to participate in the Raffle.
Participants may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they are dissatisfied with the processing carried out by the Controller.
The winners of the draw will be selected through a random process on October 1, 2024. The selection will be carried out using an automated system that guarantees the transparency and randomness of the process.
8. Communication to the Winner

11. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify the rules of the draw, undertaking to communicate the new rules, conditions, or, where appropriate, the cancellation of the draw through the landing page https://www.youngwildhunters.com/pages/ywh-sorteo-2024 .
The Company reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these legal terms and conditions. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his or her status as such.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of the legal bases will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant in the Draw.
Participants are responsible for and guarantee to the Company that they will comply with the tax obligations applicable to them. In the event that the prize or prizes of the draw are considered capital gains in accordance with article 33 of Law 35/2006, of November 28, on Personal Income Tax and partial modification of the laws on Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax and Wealth Tax, for the purposes of the IRPF declaration to which they are required, where applicable, the beneficiary must declare a capital gain for an amount equivalent to the market value of the prize obtained in their Personal Income Tax declaration for the corresponding fiscal year. Participants accept and authorize the Company to make any withholdings that are required by virtue of the applicable regulations.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This draw is governed by the legislation in force in Spain. For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and/or application of these rules, both the Company and the participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
