Don't put off until tomorrow what you can eat today.
Ingredients:
Dough: Milk , wild boar sausage (11%), (lean wild boar (80%), lean pork (11%), salt, sugars, dextrin, vegetable protein, spices and natural flavouring), soft flour ( gluten ), butter and salt.
Tarnished:
Breadcrumbs ( wheat flour, water and yeast) and pasteurized liquid egg .
Preparation suggestion:
- Temper for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the tray and fry in plenty of hot oil for approximately 3-4 minutes . Cook until the core of the product reaches 70º . Check the number of units to ensure that the oil temperature is maintained.
- Let it rest. Eat!
