Can I order scenarios without purchasing the GAIM shooting simulator?

No, your account and license key are linked to a GAIM sports shooting, hunting, or full simulator. You need an account with us to purchase additional scenarios. Always use the same email address when purchasing your first simulator from us.

Where can I find my license key?

Your license key is available in myGAIM, which you can access at my.gaim.com. Were you a customer before myGAIM launched on January 16, 2024? Then use the same email address linked to your license key when creating a myGAIM account, and all your information will be there. If you're a new customer, you'll receive an activation code from us after purchase. That code can be used to activate your purchase in myGAIM, either by you or by someone you choose to give the code to.

How do I purchase more scenarios and activate them in my system?

After purchase, you will receive an activation code via email. Enter the code in your myGAIM account at https://my.gaim.com and add it to your existing license key. You can also choose to give the activation code to a friend or family member.

Can I order a system for my friend at the same time?

Yes, you can order multiple systems, but we require a name and email address for each system account and license key. You can place separate orders for each person with their information, or purchase multiple systems in one order and email info@gaim.com with the name and email address to be connected to the other systems.

Which headphones are compatible with GAIM?

Currently, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3S, and Meta Quest Pro are available. These are the ones sold in stores today. They're sold by memory size, but for GAIM, 128 GB is sufficient. GAIM takes up around 1-2 GB of memory.

What payment options do you offer?

Options may vary. We offer debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alma.

Can I buy a second-hand GAIM simulator?

Please note that you can only purchase the hardware. The software license cannot be transferred to another owner. We recommend purchasing GAIM directly from our website to ensure you receive both the hardware and the software license officially.
