Cárnicas Dibe S.L., fundada en 1979 por Dionisio Sánchez y Beatriz de Castro, comenzó como una charcutería familiar. Con el tiempo, la empresa se expandió, inaugurando en 2005 una moderna industria de más de 4000 m² en El Gordo, Extremadura.
