Ingredientes

Masa: Leche, cecina de ciervo (11%), (carne de ciervo, sal, azúcar, tomillo, aroma de humo, corrector de la acidez (E-331), conservadores (E-252, E-250)), harina floja (gluten), mantequilla y sal. Empanado: Pan rallado (harina de trigo, agua y levadura) y huevo líquido pasteurizado.

Conservación

Conservar congelado -18ª.

Consumo

Atemperar durante 30 minutos. - Sacar de la bandeja y freír en abundante aceite caliente durante 3-4min aprox. Cocinar hasta alcanzar 70º en el corazón del producto. Controlar el número de unidades para conseguir que se mantenga la temperatura del aceite.

Temper the product for 30 minutes before cooking.

Remove from the tray and fry in plenty of hot oil during 3–4 minutes approx.

Cook until tender 70 °C inside the product .

Control the number of units per frying to maintain the oil temperature.
