A hunting coexistence is celebrated for all ages
Next Saturday, April 13, an end-of-hunting season gathering will take place at Finca Los Pilones (Valdelacasa del Tajo). It will be inaugurated by the Minister of Management and Rural World, Don Ignacio Higuero and entry will be completely free. This unique event for all ages aims to generate commitment to the environment and the promotion of sustainable hunting practices. In addition, it has a solidarity part, by holding a mus tournament in which all proceeds will be donated to Cáritas Interparroquial de Talavera de la Reina. The Los Pilones End of Season Coexistence is an opportunity to enjoy a hunting day with your family in which there will be live music and food and bar service to liven up the atmosphere.
Among the activities of the day, the participation of entities such as SCI or AEPES stands out, as well as educational and training talks by great professionals in the sector such as Rafael Canalejo who will talk about hunting dogs or Javier Ceballos Aranda as director of “Rediscovering hunting ”. Another of Saturday's dynamics will be a round table that will feature the participation of Carmen Basaran, Marisitos Díaz, Beatriz Dorado and Pilar Montero. In this colloquium the increasingly important role of women in hunting in all its forms will be discussed. We can also enjoy a shooting range, a trophy measuring course, a photographic exhibition, a mule dragging contest and workshops related to game meat led by Raúl Sánchez De Castro, manager of Cárnicas Dibe, with whom we have was able to speak to tell us a little more about the event.
In summary, the Los Pilones End of Season Coexistence promises to be a unique event, where the passion for hunting joins the commitment to the environment and solidarity. With educational activities, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to enjoy as a family, this day promises to be memorable for all who attend. It is an occasion to learn, share and celebrate hunting in a responsible and sustainable way, while contributing to a noble cause. May this event inspire more people to value and preserve our natural environment, while fostering a spirit of community and support for those who need it most.
